Guide Prices
This table gives you a general idea of what a room would cost. This core project budget reflects typical specifications, and includes:

Please note - we have previously suggested ‘£1500+VAT per square metre’ as a guide price. However, a simple ‘per metre’ figure doesn’t represent the cost of very small (or very large) bespoke rooms accurately.
Payment Schedule Example
Based on a £30k room, with a 10 week lead time plus 4 week build:
We take an initial deposit which books the build slot, and covers made-to-order materials with longer lead times such as doors and windows. The balance is then split over the build duration, so that the amount paid at each stage roughly equates to the work completed.
