Super-compact air-conditioned single office space, with concealed storage area to the side. Deep canopies front and rear creating sheltered area behind room for further storage of garden toys etc. The room design prioritised maximising space and having a great view across open countryside from the desk position. The room was clad with fibre-cement board in stunning ‘boothbay’ blue.
